Accommodation/Tenancy (STA, MTA and SIL)
At CCDS we provide accommodation to participants seeking a place to live that suitably caters to their type and level of needs. Our accommodation service fulfils your short-term and short-term accommodation needs.
Our Accommodation Tenancy Service includes:
- Short Term Accommodation (STA) – Covers your stay for a short period, not more than 14 days away from your home.
- Long Term Accommodation (LTA) – A long-term living environment that best meets the housing goals of the NDIS participants.
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) – Under SIL, a support worker would be assigned to your care. They will help you with your daily tasks and ensure you live comfortably within the comforts of your home.
