We are Carer Connection Disability Services (CCDS), a registered NDIS service provider in Melbourne. At CCDS, it is our pride and joy to provide the NDIS participants with the care and support they need to lead a quality existence.
We deliver inclusive and innovative services and assist the participants with personal, social, and economic growth.
At CCDS, we only engage with qualified professionals and caregivers. All the management and support workers attain formal education in disability and gain the proficiency required to deliver quality disability services. We strictly abide by the national disability standards.
Our aim is to connect the participants under our care with the right caregivers and services in partnership with the community, business and government. We strive for excellence while fulfilling the holistic needs of our clients through top-notch supportive, recreational, cultural, sporting and welfare programs.
